Classic, timeless and elegant never goes out of style
Classic, timeless and elegant is how I would describe our newest wedding invitation suite. A lot of our invitations have a rustic, boho feel, which is still hot right now for weddings, but for 2016, we are adding a few classic, traditional designs to the mix, because classy and elegant really never go out of style. Our newest invitation set, features, clean and classic fonts and beautiful grey and blush pink envelopes, topped with a delicate laurel design and monogram. It is printed on luxurious #120 white (slightly off white) eggshell cardstock and is in the Tiger Lily Invitations signature shape (tall and skinny). It is perfect for so many wedding types - from traditional to rustic elegant, you can't go wrong with this invitation set and it will be just as beautiful to look back on 20 years from now as it is today. If you would like to see this pretty invitation set in person, we have samples for sale at www.tigerlilyinvitations.etsy.com. We love it in the grey and blush pink, but other colors are available. Contact us at tigerlilyinvitations@gmail.com for availability.

Mint and Blush Wedding Inspiration
Happy Spring everyone!! After a couple of ice storms and some snow a few weeks ago, I am happy to see some sun, warmer weather and budding flowers and trees. In honor of this first day of Spring, we have put together a pretty spring-inspired board for our new rustic floral mint and blush invitation set. The square invitation card features a pretty pastel floral design and romantic calligraphy fonts. It is backed with a soft blush pink backer. The floral design and calligraphy font is carried throughout the set in the RSVP card and printed return address. The light kraft invitation envelopes and the mint RSVP envelopes bring a natural look to the set. We have paired it in this inspiration board with a pretty gold and mint place setting, blush bridal bouquet, mint and blush necklace and amazing cake display.
Where can I find these items?

Jessica and Greg | Sangria and Gray Wedding in Georgia | 2012
I am so happy to
welcome Jessica Neeley to Tiger Lily Invitations! Jessica is a past bridal customer and I loved
working with her to find the perfect wedding stationery for her big day. When I saw her resume come through, I knew
that she would be a great fit for Tiger Lily Invitations. Jessica assists with
all types of projects and cutting, assembly and shipping of invitation orders.
Since each item at Tiger Lily Invitations is handmade, she is a lifesaver. She will also be updating the blog, so I
thought what better way to kick that off than by featuring her own beautiful
wedding. Enjoy!
Greg and I met in February
2010. Five months later he moved to
Indiana for a job. After months and
months of flying back and forth, he proposed and I said yes!
I
knew from the beginning that I wanted a wedding with a rustic flair – touches
of burlap and wood bark here and there. We
found a beautiful wedding venue, The Grove’s Chantry in Maysville, GA, that was
close to home.
My sister told me
about Jessica and Tiger Lily Invitations.
I made an appointment and found the damask wedding invitations in
sangria and gray. They were perfect and
quickly became one of my favorite parts of the wedding.
Tiger Lily
Invitations also created sangria and gray damask wedding programs and damask unity
candle wrap to match my wedding invitations.
The sangria and gray unity candle wrap was a lifesaver after not being
able to find a unity candle that I liked.
My bridesmaids are
three of my closest friends. Couldn’t
have a special day without them! They
chose the style for these sangria bridesmaid dresses we found at David’s Bridal. Don’t they have great taste?
Greg picked out the gray
suits for the guys. I thought he looked
handsome in gray so I was very happy with his choice.
The wedding cake was
another one of my favorite parts of the wedding. It was a simple white buttercream wedding
cake with a swirl design. It was made by
a local bakery, Just Desserts. Everybody
commented on how much they enjoyed it!
The cakes sat on tree
slice cake stands made by my dad. This
made the wedding cake even more special knowing that my dad had a hand in
it. I thought the Willow Tree cake
topper was sweet, plus it was a great keepsake that I have displayed at home.
Greg
has been a Cubs fan since he was a little boy so he had to have a Chicago Cubs
groom’s cake with a Cubs themed table.
Our friends and
family made the day so special. We have
some truly great people in our lives and I’m so glad they got to be there for
our wedding.
The day went by in a
flash but it was one of the best days of my life. I am so grateful that I get
to spend forever with my best friend!
